Turn Signals Won't Work, Help!!!

Hey guys... I am new to this forum. I have a 1994 Mustang V6 that I am trying to bring up to spec. The turn signals have not worked since I purchased it used a few months ago. The hazard lights work, but not the front or back turn signals. I have replaced the turn signal switch as well as the turn signal relay, but they still do not work. Any ideas, any help? I really could use some help guys...
