Just installed a stock 5.0 U/L intake manifold (previous was a 93 Cobra), and i am looking for help in identifying this vacuum hose that comes out from under the manifold (see pic). I thought it goes to the EGR valve on the throttle body, but its too short. Can someone tell me where that hose goes? Also, there is a hose that has a rubber “cap” on it but there is an opening on the cap so its not blocked off...should it be capped? You should be able to see it in the pic.

TIA

Maybe this paints a better pic. Where does the blue one go? And do i need to cap off red? Red has a cap but there is a hole in the tip. Also, i noticed green (vacuum tree) 3/8 hose is not facing the right way which causes an awkward bend. I guess i have to pull the intake off to turn it so it faces the driver side? I hope i dont have to take it off...

The one with the 90* end on it looks to me like the line for the fuel pressure regulator.
The other rubber cap has a hole in it because the hard plastic vac line must have pulled
out of it. I believe it runs to behind passengers strut tower, I'm sure someone else will
chime in.
