Upper/Lower control arms

I'd suggest the big dogs.... Maximum Motorsports or Griggs....that's not saying they're the absolute best or that nobody can match their products, they're just the big players as far as suspension goes, with maybe Steeda and Kenny Bell bringing a close third and forth, but that's just my opinion. My reason for choosing either MM or Griggs is because those companys specialise in suspension, where the other companies only produce and sell the parts to bring in the business. MM for example are just now (and in some cases still developing) parts for the '05 because every part they develop gets thoroughly tested before it hits the catalogs, because they back up their claims. I guess you could say everyone recommends their stuff for a reason.

whatever you get, I suggest make it tubular, chromoly, and have spherical rod ends

and none of that sold bushing crap where the bolts go straight through the end of the arm. some company makes them like that I forget which. but all that crap will do is make your suspension bind, kill your torq boxes, and rip the sus mounts right off the rear axel. I'm not kidding on this

Consider how much additional road noise you want to handle. Nutcase is correct about the binding issue if its a daily driver. I bought Steeda uppers
for $99 cause they improved on Ford design. Thicker material w welded plate to min twisting. They have poly on axle and higher durometer rubber on body side to min noise and allow some movement the suspension needs. It handles tremendously well with little increase in road noise.
