What are the proper exhaust and intake valve installed spring heights on stock setup 1996 Explorer GT40 heads?

If you are staying within a reasonable amount cam lift I would just install the springs as is. I would worry more about checking for coil bind.

I took the heads apart. The castings are in one place getting mild porting work done. The valve springs are at another place waiting to be tested for adequate pressure. The spring testing guy wants to know the installed heights of int and exh.

I should have more clear on the situation initially so, sorry about that.

So, does anyone know the installed heights off hand for '96 explorer GT40 heads?

I decided not to second guess using the stock springs. I just ordered a Trick Flow valve spring kit.
