Procharger had a SLEW of messed up head units a year or two back. They were blowing seals and leaking oil from what I read numerous places. Supposedly they have it figured out now, but I have to be honest, if Im going to shell out 4 grand for a supercharger, im not taking the risk of it happening to me. Just my 2 cents.

I'm curious why you guys say reliability goes to Vortech. I'm not saying its not true but I've just never heard of either blower having reliability issues. Is it because the procharger materials are of a lesser quality because I've heard that before but nothing about them breaking.

the P1sc is prone to seal failures resulting in the "self contained oil system" to no longer be "self contained".

the old addage of "you get what you pay for" applies here. both kits cost about the same, but one comes with an intercooler. how can Procharger produce a blower and intercooler for the same price as a Vortech blower? the P1sc is a less expensive and less efficient design.
