I've bought a half-acre of land out in the sticks, but it'll be a year or two before I'm ready to build a house on it. In the meantime I've got to move out of my parents' place before I snap, so I'm looking for a cheap camper to put on the land and live in for now.
Here's what I'm looking for:
No 5th-wheels (not putting a 5th-wheel in my F150), no pop-ups (might as well pitch a tent).
Prefer non-leaking with everything working, but if the A/C, heat, and/or refrigerator aren't working, that's okay so long as it's reflected in the price.
Must have title, good tires, and good wheel bearings.
Doesn't have to be pretty.
Doesn't have to be huge (keep in mind, I will be towing it with an F150), but one that's either big enough for or even has a queen bed would be nice.
Not looking to spend more than $3000.
Prefer within 300 miles of Waco, Texas, but will travel further to pick up the right trailer.
