So I’m gearing up to install a plate wet nitrous kit on my sn95. It has a box r intake and the plate will sit between the upper and lower. The car is currently running quarterhorse and I use binary editor to tune it.
The bottom end is solid and should easily withstand the amount of gas I plan to spray it, but I’m hoping to get a couple of questions answered.
Currently my commanded fuel at WOT closely matches my actual fuel on the wideband. My commanded is 12.7 and my actual afr is right around 12.6-12.7 at WOT under load. I plan on running a wide open switch as well as a push button switch to try and avoid bringing on the nitrous till I get out of first gear.
My question is, do I simply need to change my commanded fuel to 11.5, and then retard my timing a couple degrees to compensate? I know the wet system will add fuel with the nitrous, I just wasn’t sure what I should be commanding in terms of afr from my lambse table.
