What car did the 351 come in?>

I called a junkyard today asking if they knew of any 351's in stock and they needed to kno what car was it in.. and i wasnt sure.. <dumb answer i kno so what models and makes.. also should i keep it fuel injected or carbed(pros and cons)

I assume your talking 351w? Lots of the older cars from around 68' through 95. Some models include the Mustang (duh) ranchero, torino, thunderbird, lots off pick-ups, vans, cougar, prolly lots more I'm not mentioning...PB

Ranchero & Torino's came with 351 Clevland's. Your best bet for a Windsor would most likey be out of a 69-70 Mustang (I belive the the larger 71-73 Mustangs were Clevland's), or late 80's up F-150's & Econoline's. I think alot of the 70's & Early 80's F-150's were 351M's.

My 351w came out of a Torino or Fairlane according to the casting #.
