What clutch kit for an 03?

SO I am going to replace my clutch kit and flywheel. I am thinking the Spec Stage 1 Clutch kit and a sachs flywheel.. All I have on the car is an intake and it wont really see more than that exhaust and maybe a tune. I heard the Spec Stage 1 is MUCH less stiff and that is what interestes me. The sachs flywheel was just cheap as I have about $450 to spend on this project. Thoughts?

Also, do I need to replace the cable? Does it need to be an adjustable cable?
