What kind of carpet could I use to make new carpet for a Jaguar?

I am doing a mini restoration of a 1990 V12 Jaguar so I can sell it. Basically I bought the car as an investment and I want to keep costs down. Im not looking for perfection, just the carpet in there is shot from a water leak and I need something a little more presentable. What kind of carpet could I trim/cut to match my beige interior?

have you though about dying the stock carpet? not sure how well it would hold up but it would be cheap.

Hmm its pretty rough but maybe for some of the other pieces. Where can I find out more?

Pretty expensive, I was thinking more of a fabric store where I can cut and sew (yes I sew) my own carpet.
