What kind of spark plugs should I use?

Hi i'm in a bind right now. I cant get an answer from anyone on what kind of spark plugs i need to run for my 93' lx with a twin turbo. with the lovely headers I can't change all the plugs once i put my engine back in. I like using ngk and I was told to go 2 degrees colder than stock but, napa for some reason cant get a part #. Thanks for all the help
