What should I do next?

At spring I'll probably get enough cash to do one of those 2 projet :

1- Work on the body,remove rust, and make a new paint job
2- Rebuilt another turbo engine


So what do you think should be the best? Personnaly I think I should do the body first, and wait until the summer to rebuilt my engine?
