What weight fluids to put in Mustang?

I plan on changing all my gear oils to synthetic (mobil 1) because I'm doing a transmission swap later in the week and my dad's buddy (builds funny cars) is going to swap the gears out of my Cobra for me, figured I might as well put all synthetics in. My question is what weight do these cars take? 1995 Cobra with 76k miles

Engine oil spec is 5W-20 as I recall. Most folks run 10W-30 in the summer.

T5's takeMercon ATF, not gear oil.

Rear end takes 75/80-90 weight.
