Just wondering the best motor oil to run in below freezing weather and who has different opinions? It gets down to about 6* in the winter here and Im concerned about my oil pressure at start up. I have a 10:1 compression 306 built up if that makes any difference?

The first number in the oil weight, the 5w, 10W, 15W, ect represents the cold weight, which in the winter you want to be a low number. 5W-30 and 10W-30 are the same at operating temps but the 5W30 flows better when cold. I run Mobil 1 Synthetic 5W-30 and an oil cooler.
