What weight Oil for 5.0 RearEnd

Just wondering what weight oil do you put in your 5.0 Rearend and how much does it take?

you can put 80w-90...thats what most cars take....or you can use a synthetic which is 75w-90. i think they hold about 3.5 quarts but dont hold me to that.

If you have trac-loc don't forget the friction additive. Can get it from Jeg's or Ford. I know Autozone didn't have it.

Buy some rubber hose to put on the cap so you can squeeze the oil in. Don't want to spill it everywhere.
