what wire pin number and color do i need to tap at the ecu to splice in an rpm module to fire my shift light?
what wire for tach?

Look at your coil and you should see a brown wire with a yellow stripe. Then remove the instrument cluster and look at the harness that plugs into the right side of the instrument cluster. The same wire should be there from the coil. That is the tach wire.
