Wheel fitment help

Will 18x8.5 rims with 5.5" backspacing fit a 92 lx with front coilovers? I will figure out the tires later, if the wheels will fit.

I do not know the brand of coilovers, they were on the car when I got it, but I can tell you that the shock/strut is actually threaded, not a sleeve style. They do have the caster/camber plates.
