wheel fitment question

i have a 94 gt vert, im looking at the 03 cobras with 5-lug 4.50 inch bolt circle, 6.12 inch backspacing.17 inch x 9 inch wide. will these fit fine without any rubbing and no flip of the quad shocks? also, if i decide to go with eibach pro-kit springs, will i run into any rubbing problems, even at full rack when turning? tire rack.com suggests running a 255 tire, i was thinking about 255 bfg's up front and either 255 bfg's in the back so i can still rotate my tires from front to back, or 275 bfg's in the back because they look good. opinions from anyone who actually run this setup are greatly appreciated.

i don't believe you will have any issues with rubbing. i have the eibach's on my car with 275's all around...i've filled the trunk to the max and carried 4 people with no rubbing at all
