Where can I buy the grey connector that plugs into the headlight switch?

Is it even possible? The grey connector that plugs into the back of the headlight switch. I realize it's pre-wired but I would just extend it a bit and use some heatshrink to connect all the wires back. For some reason one of the wires receiving voltage burned all the plastic around it and the connector won't hold the wire in anymore. I have to stick it on through the back whenever I take it off. It also flickers so badly at night (the headlights) unless I have the switch pushed in a certain way. And even then it's really flakey, if I go over a bump my lights will start going off and on. It's a really big pain in the ass.

Some better parts stores have reportedly been able to order it. I have never had to do this. IIRC LRS sells it. Call to confirm the application as the connectors for other cars overlap (or like with a Bronco connector, IIRC one or two pins need to be switched but it works otherwise).

Good luck and bump for ya.
