Which bypass valve?

Well I have it narrowed down between two, either the mondo or maxflow. I shouldnt be running over 12 psi from a S trim blowing into a set of world sr heads. I know the mondo flows alittle more then the maxflow but Iam not sure if its actually needed. I did a search and didnt come up with any clear answers so any help would be great. Prob going to give Vortech a call on monday to. Thanks guys
