Which Forum to Post questions on my 1993 Notchback

I am fairly new to using the forum. Have done alot of searching of existing posts. But I need to post a question regarding my 1993 Notchback but all I see are FoxBody & 1994 & newer forums. Can someone direct me how to post a new thread as I do not see the option to post new thread in the other forums. Thank you for the help!
