I dont think they will work, the e7te heads are bolt down rockers, the stock 302's are rail rokers, I think get pushrods for an 85+ truck or van with hyd cam (not roller)
Kinda hard to tell what's what when you look thru the listings for pushrods. 77-84 are what you'd want though to be exact. many listings call for the same rods from 66-85.
I went thru the same deal on my car when i put E7s on. Used a cheap length checker and found out they were the same length as an early 80's pre roller motor (cant recall measurement). Made a last minute run to The Zone and by some miracle they had 16 of them. Think we just told them i needed pushrods for a 1983 mustang with a 302.
