Who has replaced A/C O-rings, common places for R134 to leak from?

UPDATE: I replaced the hose tonight. Here are some pics: Flickr: poindexternasty's Photostream

You can clearly see where the passenger side valve cover screw thread nicked the hose, eventually causing a leak.

UPDATE: Repairs complete and A/C blowing cold air!
