will adding 19lb hr fuel injectors and a matching mass air meter from a 95 5.0, give much of a performance gain? i have heard yes and no. i already have a cold air kit ,duel ehaust , ranger header, lightened the engine by removing a/c, moved battery to trunk, and reduced alot of weight. just trying to get as much out of her without a turbo or engine swap.

No, with that combination, you would be lucky if the car ran.
For the 5.0, that combination might work, but it is completly different for a 2.3. This is a trick on the computer based on the origional setup. You can run a 10% larger air meter (it reads 10% lower) and 10% larger injectors and they cancel eachother out. The computer knows none the better, and allows the engine to keep running correctly, with added fuel cababilities.
So instead of blindly running a 5.0 air meter because it was used with 19lb injectors, you will have to find an air meter that will read 36% lower than the stocker. (19lb/14lb = 1.36 or 36%).
Do you know what size the stock air meter is? The area will need to be 36% larger.
