anybody know anything about the ford x cam what are the pros and cons of this cam and does anybody have a sound clip

It's an old school cam with old school specs. There are lots of better cams out there but it still gets the job done and sounds pretty nice. Do a search here or google video it and you'll find a lot of clips. It's also the biggest Ford "alphabet" cam you can use on stock pistons without cutting them.
