Margaritondo 6. The next step is to grind of the little tab on the inside of the bracket using a Dremel or a file. 7. Attach the new hose to the caliper by using the old Banjo bolt and two new copper crush washers. There should be one crush washer on each side of the fitting. Do not tighten down the bolt all the way yet. 8. Attach the other end of the new hose to the hardline. Remember to put the hose fitting through the bracket. Do not tighten this fitting all the way. Adjust the hose and check for possible clearance problems. Make sure that the suspension can move through its extreme up and down with the steering turned full left and full right. Be sure to check that the hose does not kink or rub on anything either. 9. Once you are sure that everything clears ok, torque down the banjo bolt to 20ft/lb, tighten down the connection to the hard line with a 11mm flare wrench and secure the hardline fitting with the old clip that you removed in stage 3. The Left side is now done.
10. The right side installation is the same as the left side. The following are pictures from the right side installations.
