which motor for 89 stang?

hey guys.
i just picked up an 89 mustang rolling chassis.i have a C4 being built for the car,and now i'm deciding on a motor.what size motor do you guys think would work good on a budget for a mid 11sec street car?thanks alot guys.

i was thinking of a 351 but can't seem to find a good block!

If I could pick one at random, I'd go for a 347 stroker, or a simple blown and beefed-up 302. Anything that can fit under a stock hood. (I know a 351 can be made to fit under a stock hood and all, but still...) It's all about the sleeper.
