Making the Cobra a 5.0 or a 5.4 would be distancing it from the GT (4.6) significantly.(if thats what their goal is?)

It would not be that hard for Ford to develop a mass produced 5 liter now that the cammer is already in existence.

I talked to the saleen rep at the New York auto show and he told me that they already had some stuff ready to go for the new body style. He said that everything is under wraps right now and only steve saleen knows what everything is but he did say that they had something ready to go for the 2005 models. He said a release date for the mustang is september and the saleen stuff will be out hopefully in october.
