I get turned off by the mindless crap that is served up to us, and seems to pervade my TV set weekly.

My parents are addicted to Canadian idol (and reality TV in general) They never used to be, in fact, they hated reality TV. I think someone got to them, brainwashed them or something, my only hope of escaping is to move out on wednesday, or they'll come for me too. . . I've said too much already . . . .

I would rather gouge my eyes out with red hot spoons. Or better yet gouge out the shows creators eyeballs.....can't stand the reality stuff. No matter how much real tv you watch it will never make up for having a real life.
