Ideas please!!!!

Alright here is the deal. I installed the vam on my car yesterday and had no luck. All sorts of pinging no matter what i did.
Had to go to my second interview and put everything back the way it was.

My friend and i messed with it today because i was having problems with the stock setup. I have been running it with 13 advance and 4 retard on my roller before i did the la3 swap with no problems besides the other night i thought i heard a knock in 3rd at about 45mph.

Now even back to stock settings i cannnot get it to stop knocking with the spout in.
This is cam at 0 and 10tdc. I have tried anywhere from -7 to +7 on the cam and anywhere from 4 retard to 22 advance on the dizzy. Stiil the same besides eliminating knocking sitting or going on a pull.

With the spout out at 14.5 advance dizzy and 4 advance on the cam. She runs awesome I actually was able to dump the clutch and burn the tire with 16's and possi. I could not do this before at all period!!!

So with the spout in it knocks when you start it then goes away but on a pull around 2200 she knocks this is with different cam settings and advancemts of the dizzy.

I have ran codes and nothing.
Fuel pressure good
Swapped knock sensors
Plugs and wires good

It seems like shes advancing way too much on her own. Could this be a bad tfi or pip?
Like i said i havent changed a thing besides putting a gutted upper and ported lower but i don't think it would cause a spark knock.

With spout out is good but really would like to have my control of advancement.
So any ideas would be great i would like to try the vam again. I think if i can solve this issue then all will be good.
