This is a very Opinionated thread. Just saying what you wish to come out, a thread some yahoo designer might read and get the glorious idea to copy our idea, and give us squat for it. ^_^.

- I know its not a production car., However I would like to see a "GTR" body kit, The rear Valance, the rear Wing, the front Bumper, the front Lip. etc Id rather have a GTR body kit, that a lame elonor body kit, but what do I know.

I was thinking with the independent rear susspesion, and the RWD, and the weight of this car mainly in the front, with a few spring rate mod and stuff, You guys think this car would be a good drifter?, if you dont know what that is, its were you drive on your side around a turn. Understeering.

- They need engine compartment clean up parts quick, "As in", I like how you can see the double radiator fans in the GTR, I would like to see a low profile supercharger, or turbo upgrade for the engine.

- If I didnt go for the drift option, I would like to get some roller cams, beef up the compression, get that baby shaking at a red light with the 19x15's meats in the back O_O. Tubb the mother.!..yea right, id like to personally add 19x8's in the front and 19x 10's in the back, for a nice even loook.

- Carbon Fiber GTR Hood, or a cowlinduction hood. add some hood pins for retro styling with modern technologies.

-If I think of more, I will add it later on, Thanks, Just write what you would like to buy or add to the car, a shopping list if you will.

Ok first off I am very bad in photoshop so dont rip me a new one saying quality is bad, I know it is. This is kinda what I was thinking, I used the Steeda picture, and crop'd it up a bit. I couldnt figure out how to get the GTR carbon hood on this, But id like that also. With the Micro Cowl Induction in the center of the hood. Leaving enough room for a Supercharger on the manifold.

I would like to see an IRS and 6 speed manual to come stock... when the Camaro comes out in 07 or whenever. Those updates plus a more aggressive cam package with the engine should keep the Mustang competitive with the Camaro is all respects.

As far as now... I hope the aftermarket could make a set of aftermarket heads for the damn 4.6 already. Although I guess the 3vs shoudl flow pretty well...

For somebody who says they arent very good with Photoshop you have done what Roush could not do, and that's make a decent 'Chop. Good Job :nice:

I'll be simple and realistic. I want to see reasonably priced aftermarket parts good for a 30+ hp gain within the first 5 months.

Exhaust
Pullies
chip

That along with some 4:10s and some good rubber should spell 12's easy if the new STOCK 13.6 with an auto is accurate.

not trying to start an arguement.
understeer is when you are braking into a corner and the car doesn't turn when the brakes lock up.
oversteer is basically fishtailing happen in RWD by giving too much power through a turn (fish tail), or if you pull the parking brake during the turn.
drifting is more of the latter oversteer or powersliding (a completely different issue), I really don't konw if fishtailing but getting on the throttle in a rwd car is counted druing drift compititions, as im not a drifter.

So then you'd find it good news that a couple tuning companies are apparently reporting about 30-35 hp with just a tune.

YES I will. Can't wait to see them on the road. And to see what is happening on dynos and at the track. It will certainly make a decision easier.

Slow down there SVTdriver. That 30-35 HP increase is for the 5.4L F-150 engine which is only rated at 300 HP. I'm sure the 05 Stang will respond to computer tuning as a Ford engineer told me the HP of the engine was limited by the computer, not the mechanicals. But don't expect a 35 HP gain for $10. It will be a bit harder than that.

I'm also very opinionated, and I must say that I like the fact that you chose Screaming Yellow as your base in your Photochop.

What I would like to see:

-- The 4.0L straight-six from Australia's Ford Falcon. 245 hp, 280 lb/ft. Should be beefy, smooth, and free-revving.

-- A slightly longer wheelbase to create room for said engine (assuming the current platform does not allow for it), with Tremec 3650 5-speed manual (the one used in the stock '05 GT).

-- Body kit reminiscent of the Cervini Eleanor pic, but leaving the fog lights in stock position.

-- Tasteful, judiciously-applied strips of chrome in the grill area, bumpers, door handles, and windows.

Didn't sound like it was the F-150 engine from the posting on Brad's forum. Though apparently something is wrong with his board right now. So I cannot pull up the post.

You have to go back to the original post that started the thread. They were definately referring to the 5.4L F-150 engine. I'm not sure the thread starter even realized what he was posting. Other than places like Roush no one has 2005 Mustangs to do any tuning on.
