the mac prochamber is mac's off road pipe..there are no cats on it...it's comes out of the header and connects to a box that heats up the exhaust and continues out to ur catbacks(slp) essentially it's x-pipes..but mac's product...look it up on their website www.macperformance.com it's about 230...worth every penny though...people say it's like night and day with the mac prochamber.. i give it two of these
I have a all SLP set up with catted x pipe and it sounds good and frees up top end power. I ordered the cat bypass pipes to see if I notice a diffrence after a tune. but I will probally stay catted unless I am going to the track especilly if it is to loud.
White stang, your car entirely is downright perfect for what I hope to achieve, why don't you slip me that one and get something else...seems fair enough...I love your car though
Well thanks, i think this is a subject that can't reach a good conclusion. I want loud but not obnoxious and SLP sounded perfect on the clip at mustangexhaust.com I will look into it but thanks for the opinions.
me tinks that this will be SLP's quiter version of their exhaust. with a muffler like that they pack more sound absorbing material into the canister. which is good for those that dont like the super loud loudmouth
