Rough idle after heads/intake install

Well I just recently finished installing my twisted wedge heads and typhoon intake manifold. Theres no leaks, smoking, pinging or popping, just one amazingly rough idle. Not that the rpms are jumping, their holding dead even at 800 rpms but the whole car shakes while just idling. I'm only reading about 12lbs of vacuum at idle...shouldn't I be seeing about 20lbs? I've checked every vacuum source I could imagine...any suggestions on that? Also my roller rockers seem a little noisy, is this normal? Could the vacuum leaks be causing the rough idle? or maybe the big intake valves have something to do with it? The shaking actually lessens when I rev it up. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Check to see how well the PCV grommet is fitting into the Typhoon intake, mine was very looks and was a vac leak. Also check to assure the "orange" ground is attached to the intake and not forgotten. For my PCV I pullled the grommet out and cleaned it, then with grommet in hand inserted the PCV valve and wraped the outer diameter of the grommet with electrical tape (5times) then shoved the grommet and pcv combinded into the hole....very snug, no more leak.

while running, get some starting fluid and spray over every gasket mating surface and vacuum hose, if it revs, there is a leak.are you positive, that you have the firing order on correctly also

The pcv gromet is new so it shouldnt be leaking there. I'll try the starter fluid trick. I'm pretty positive I have the firing order correct, I never removed the wires from the dist. cap and marked the other ends to the correct cylinder. What about my roller rockers? is it normal that their kinda noisy?
