HI flow fuel pump probs.

just installed a hi flow fuel pump in my 90 gt and now when i make right turns the gas sloshes away from the pump and the car stalls...did i do somthing incorrectly... or is there a fix for this???

sounds to me like something isn't right..........i have never heard of this before with installing a fuel pump.........are you sure it is moving completely away from the fuel pump suction? I would drop the tank and look at it again,,,,,,,,,,may just be a connection issue with the wires......

oh, make sure the wires aren't arcing in the gas tank, i've heard it happen exactly how you described, either that or your internal baffle has broken away from the tank. but definately pull the tank and check it out!
 
i had the same problem with my ranger. when i put in a larger tank then factory, every time the tank was low the car would sputter and loose power when making left turns fast. since you replaced the pump and not the tank i would say its possibly an electrical issue since it just started when the new pump went in. check to make sure its not a baffle though just to rule that out
