Tuners in Tri-State area

Anyone know of any good tuners in the Tri-State area? I live in Orange County, NY and the guy who was supposed to tune my 05 GT after installing the JLT CAI dropped off the face of the Earth. Let me know if anyone knows of a good tuner in the area. Thanks.

Only shops i am familiar with are Laroccas and Crazy Horse. Both are a bit of a drive, Laroccas down by englishtown and Crazy Horse even further. Good luck!

I found a guy in Yonkers called Force Performance. He is going to do a custom SCT tune on a dyno and I keep the Xcal2 for $500. I think it is a fair price so I am setting it up for the first weekend in October.

stay away from JDM in freehold the guys a thief ,bull***er ,i speek from first hand they come off very nice till they got your car then the lies start and the price increases a few times before you get it back trust me i gain nothing from this reply i was ripped off already ..the shop is a few miles from my house and i used him......never ever ever again.as a matter a fact i just might slap him around if i see him out of his element.

Nix on LaRocca. Treat them like the plague or a bad habit. Super expensive hacky rush work..after the sale, you are on your own. If you don't mind traveling..Kauffmans is the place to go. I'm sorry I didn't know about them in the beginning. Anyway, do your research and good luck.

Thanks for all the advise but I am gunna give Matt at Force Performance a shot. He says he will do up to a 5 hr tune (although he thinks it should only take 2 hours) for $500. That price includes the xcal and on the phone he sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I will let you all know how it goes.
