k-member qoustions

i was told the 79-93 k-member will work on a 95 with the 5.0 is this true? how hard is it to install? what motor mounts are better to use? what are a good bushing to use?

I have a qa1 k-member and it fits just fine with just a little grinding here and there. I used solid mounts with mine.

On my D&D k member for 79-93 cars it DID NOT fit my 94. The rear plates (the ones with two bolts side by side) that attach to the frame below the firewall were like 1/2-3/4 of an inch off. I had to weld on new plates and drill new holes...wasnt too bad, but the motor was not in the car either.

Interesting...my Steeda receipt says 94-95 for a QA1. I think the 79-95's have the same price so there's no need to list it out separately.

Aje and qa1 are all for fox and sn95 stangs.

Very odd, I spoke with Anothy over the phone when I ordered mine from AJE (his company) and he even said 94-95 had their own kmeber.
This is striaght off their site...

They usually say 94-95 also in case you might be buying the A-arms also. 79-95 share the same k-member. 94-04 share the same A-arms.

Like I said thats the pt# above for the kmember only..not the a-arms.
Just call up the company yourself and ask before you purchase, way to many mixed opinions in here...just weird how one person gets told one thing, and another different.

I was wrong. It was the gms in the summit racing that was for fox/sn95.
