One time me and my buddy I bought the car from were at a bar, we were leaving and got jumped by 5 guys. The first came out of nowhere and knocked my drunk ass out cold. Thats the last thing I remember. I had a broken nose, and concussion, they stomped on my face and busted the back of my head, and Ill show you my black eye. They didnt take anything from us, they were just being *******s and decided to beat up two guys.

Luckily, never. Not that it couldn't happen to me- two of my friends got into the exact same situation as you. It resulting in one of them having his jaw broken from a kick to the head (though the five guys got it worse- two of them got hit with bricks, one got stabbed in the neck with a pen. Yeah, my two buddies are absolutely nuts).

Only time I got "beat up" was the first fight I was in in like second grade or something...I didn't really know how to punch, so I kept pushing the dude and he kept socking me. After that I've always done okay. :D

Ive never really gotten beat up in a REAL fight, but when some guy comes out of the shadows and clocks your drunk ass then 2 more guys jump on you you are pretty much helpless.

O and that was like 2 days after my b-day when i got jumped.

Damn that sucks dude. Good thing you didn't get your teeth ****ed up.

As for me, I get my ass kicked everyday. I spar with 4th and 3rd degree black belts and the only protection we have are helmets, cups and mouth guards. I've gotten the wind knocked out of me so many times I've gotten used to it. Oh, and helmets don't really protect you, a couple nights ago I got knocked out cold with a back kick, lol. Brutal stuff, but hey, if I run into some shmuck who wants to start something on the street, I'll know how to handle the situation.

I had a similar thing happen to me last year on 4th of July. I went to this pretty tight party that had stippers and the whole bit. The only thing that killed me that night was that I went with three girls. Sounded good at first but it didn't turn out that way. After we had been there a while, there was some drunk ***hole grabbing one of the girls I was with. I saw her a ways away trying to push him off of her (It wasn't like she was my girl, but she didn't want him touching her). So I strolled over and told him just to leave here alone. He told me **** you, so I stepped in a little closer and tried to reason with him a bit more. He didn't hesitate to give me a slight shove, so I retaliated by tossing him up against the side of the house (We were on the patio in the back yard). He got pissed and came running at me and when he swung he missed. I quickly took him to the ground and straddled him while he was lying on the back. I slammed my left arm on his chest to hold him down and began going to town on his face. After the six punch, I got hit in the side of the head by one of his friends and then kicked over by another. As soon as I hit the ground I got hit with a beer bottle, luckily it bouced off. But....then came the second beer bottle. Well... that one did break. Gave me a good gash about 4 or 5 inches long all the way down to my skull. I continued to bleed all over as seven guys began kicking and hitting me while I was on the ground. I kept trying to stand up but coudn't, until finally someone grabbed me under the arm pit and helped pick me up. I stood up looked at the seven guys, and then turned and walked out the side of the house (Not like I was going to do anything to seven guys even after I got up, expecially after getting hit who knows how many times). Ended up in the hospital until about 9 in the morning. Twelve staples and two cat scans later I was good to go. That was definately the worst I've gotten my ass kicked.

I worked at a horribly violent nightclub for 3 years during my last posting in Manitoba....at least once a week, somebody would end up stabbed at that bar....

The only time I ever managed to get into a scary moment was when I had 3 guys outside that I had just tossed out, the other staff went in and left me alone with them....lo and behold, one of them decides that it's time to shank the doorman...

he grabbed me and tried to hug me, as if to make amends for his stupidity, and as he tried this, I noticed his other hand reaching into his pocket. At this point, I tossed the drunken %@#$ over a stair railing and but both of his hands behind his back...i don't remember everything I was yelling at him, but i know it was the worst loss of temper that I've ever experienced...the other two guys walked away

the staff came out, the cops showed up, and they found a 4 inch blade in his jacket pocket...had I not caught this guy doing what he did, god knows where I'd be today

I also pummelled a 40 year old cowboy type that sucker punched another bouncer....tossed him over the hood of a car, and from the what the head bouncer tells me, I had his whole body twisted and he was on the ground begging for me to let him up...when I let him up, he actually stood up and ran away...

I'm not a big guy, but it goes to show what adrenaline can do in hairy situations....

this has nothing to do with me ever getting beat up, because I've never been in that situation without snapping and throwing people over objects

And then you woke up right?

But I know what you are saying about adrenaline. Especially from when I played football.

Meh, I play football and adrenaline doesn't really get me going unless the game is intense or I'm getting my asskicked...then I go ape. But the only time I've gotten into a fight, I was like 4 and the guy picking on me was like 10. Total douchebag. Anyways, he pushed me and I slipped in a puddle,e as it had just finished raining, and I slam my left eyebrow into the edge of his garage door. It was half open as they wanted their dog to be able to go in and out if it had to. The worst thing though, I remember all of it. I sat there completely bawling with blood just pouring down my face, and he just stood there. After a good 5 mintues my mom heard me and came from across the street and took me to the hospital. But everything was good again, as I got to get a new Power Ranger toy the next day.

Two stories back in school:

One kid kept punching me in the face and I just stood there telling him to stop it. I'm too nice, I do NOT like hurting people or causing harm. But I was being punched repeatedly in front of everyone. So I clocked him. He picked up a lunch tray and went to hit me with it, and I punched through that and hit him in the face again. He got up and walked the hell away :rlaugh: I just had a little redness on my cheek and my hand was cut from the tray. He was black and blue on the cheek.

An older kid thought he'd play "pick on the freshman" with me in a mechanical drawing class. I didn't take his crap, and told him if he threw something at me again he'd be eating it. So he threw an eraser at me, and I chucked it right at his face. We had words, got broken up, then when we were lining up to leave at the door, he jumped me from behind...WITH A TWO FOOT T-SQUARE!!! I fell under a table and he was kicking me in the back/side a couple times. Didn't even hurt because of the adrenaline at this point. Teacher gets in between us to get him off of me, and once I was able to roll over I had a split second where the teacher was out of the way and the kid was bending over to grab me, I decked him him as hard as I could and sent him stumbling. He started BAWLING in front of the entire class, face was all red, and he didn't live that down for at least until his senior year. :nice:

That's it

True dat!

If any of you play(ed) sports .... you definitely know what an adrenaline rush is. But what Aaron is referring to is MUCH different. I am an amatuer wrestler .... and I have done a bit of boxing (not in the past couple of years, though). These are 2 of the toughest sports, and you can get some adrenaline flowing .... but I have only experienced the REAL thing one time. In hindsight, it was kinda cool/crazy ... and it saved my @$$ ... but I never want to have to do that again. Long story short, 8 guys jumped me (over a girl ... ). This takes place in an ex-girlfiend's front yard. When the 1st one came at me (Asian guy with a wood chair), I was scared $#!7less because there were 7 more behind him! There are details that I do not remember. It was almost like I blacked out. Every punch/kick that hit me .... I did not feel. I proceed to take the chair from the guy before he got a hit in .... and smashed it amongst them until all I had left was a leg of the chair. They all backed off ... then one of them continued (obviously had been drinking). I beat this guy to a pulp .... and I sent him to the hospital. I smashed on him until he no longer fought back. A girl that I know (that knows him) said that he had a broken facial bone just under his eye, 15 stitches across his chin, a black & blue face, and he could barely move one of his arms. I hate that it happened ... but I had no idea if I was going to make it out of there alive or not. One girl inside called the cops .... that is the ONLY time I have ever seen the back of a police car. But the good thing is .... somehow .... they understood what happened & they pulled for me when it went to court (the dumb@$$ tried to sue me for hospital bills!).

On topic, the worst beating I've taken is one of two. In one, a kid busted me in the head with an iron pipe. The other, I broke my sternum. You have no idea what pain really is until you break your sternum ... and on top of that, you can't breathe.

I have only been in one fight, mind you I'm 18, but I don't intend to get in anymore. It was sophmore year of highschool and after school I was just hanging out with friends and this kid thought I said something to him and he goes off saying "What you wanna fight?!?" I say no and he starts calling a p---y for not wanting to fight him. I ignore him for like 5 min. but he keeps talking s---. I tell him look I'm not going to start a fight but I'll walk on to the grass, there was a courtyard like 10ft away, and if you want to fight I'll defend myself. So I walk over and stand there staring at him and I ask whats he waiting for. He jogs over, stands infront of me and gives me a little push not hard enough to knock me back at all but enough to make me lean back he does a little half turn thing like he was about to walk away then takes a wild flailing swing as he turns back. I duck it and hit him square in the jaw with a right cross and he just hit the ground. He wasn't knocked out but he laid there for a second and sat up. I offered a hand to help him up and he slaped it away. I shurged my shoulders turned around and walked away and went back to talking to my friends. That really hurt my hand by the way. We were about the same height, he was a little taller maybe an inch or two, and it looked like he was about my weight too, so it should have been a fair fight.

When he went back to his friends they all laughed at him too.

ooooh wait wait, i remember something from the same bar! I didn't actually get beaten, because the fight wasn't my fight, but two guys were in the VIP section of the bar, and normally no bouncers hang out over there because most of the people in there are friends, or too mature to start fighting....anyway...I look over and see two tall lanky basketball players starting to punch each other....these are big tall black men, and all of sudden, they want to start fighting each other. Ok....I'll just go sort that out by myself since I can't see any other staff witnessing this....so I went over and got in between them....

has anybody on here ever felt the pain of being simultaneously punched in the front and the back of the head? It did, however, stop the fight, because the two guys knew me quite well, and both of'em realized how bloody i was becoming from my busted nose...

wicked stories, guys.

justin: ouch, man--whenever i lift weights, my sternum may start to hurt. i cannot imagine breaking it, though. nice job w/ handling the 8 guys.

i agree--i've never really gotten into fights, but when i have, all i know is i don't wanna be the guy that loses so i go berzerk. i don't like when it happens, but i'd rather be the one standing than the one on the floor.

Same with me... been doing martial arts for 10 years. I rate 1st dan in Kempo and Tae Kwan Do.

In college one of my fraternity brothers is a 4th dan (dan = degree) and he is certified to test and grant black belts. He gave me the Tae Kwan Do one, but I had the Kempo one from high school.

Anyway, one day we decided to spar with pads, but full contact, just us two. Well anyway I clipped him really good with a left cross, but about 10 seconds after he shook that off he side kicked me so hard that I was in the fetal position for at least 2 minutes then I had to throw up. Later on in that fiasco I ended up with a black eye and a sublimated left shoulder.

Never hit a 4th dan black belt in the face.

"I had surgery on my face after being hit with brass knuckles in my eye, I now am the proud owner of a titanium plate under my right eye holding my eye wall together."

In case anyone doesn't know, when you get hit in th eface or the head and something breaks or cracks...it don't fuse back together on its own like your collar bone or something. It just stays BROKEN! That's why you hear of titaniu, plates and such. Didn't know if everyone knew that. You might consider it b4 you get into your next fight, lol.

Me? I was in 6th grade and afraid to fight some dude twice my weight so I froze. I never even tried to hit him. Since then, 2 belts later in both HapKiDo and Aikido, I avoid fights anyway cause I don't need to prove anything anymore. Plus..people sue! Lol.

Im well aware of this fact now seeing as how I have a plate holding my face together; anyhow, I never even met this guy, he was just a drunken redneck in a parking lot looking to fight someone and I was the random target, luckily some people in the parking lot knew him and gave him up, he ended up getting 4 months prison time for it.

Damn that really sucks. Reason I know is that my uncle got knocked down in an ice skating rink and busted his face all up on the ice. Metal everywhere now.:nonono:

People don't realize, technically you can go to jail for just threatening someone. He who calls 911 first wins. In MD, someone can go down to the commisioners office and file a complaint against you even for something like road rage. Then you could be facing up to 10 years in jail and a fine worst case.:jaw:
