i can't decide between cervinis 2.5" cowl or 4". it will be mostly street driven and set up to handle not drag.it is not my d/d. i just don't what if 4" is over kill for the street.

also looked at the cobra svo. but is the scoop functional?
i need pics. of all kinds of hoods to help me decide.
i only want to use cervinis b/c i live like 5 min from them and they are best.how's that for lucky.anyway. all ur help is appreciated.
thanks.jay.

I prefer stock, especially if it's not a drag car, but if you're definitely getting a hood, 2.5-3" is the way to go unless you need 4" for clearance. Cobra R hoods don't flow and usually look like garbage on foxes imo, and the one with the svo scoop is even worse.

i was looking at the svo and 4" more closley and u guys are right the 4 is to much for the street. so i wanna go with a 2.5" cowl. anyone have any pics of one on a black lx hatch....lol

These are the best ones I have. Not sure who's car it is.

My friend had a 4" on his Mustang and it looked like total ass and was hard to see around. It was also really pointless on an otherwise completely stock car.

I like the Cervini's Cobra R hood the best. Im not too concerned about air flow and Id really just be getting it for looks.
