The SCT tune Numbers - see below

Hey Guys, I know this has been the subject of discussion many times but
which is likely to give me the better numbers on my 2001 S/C. I have on short the Saleen Series IV w/ intercooler, cold air induction,:) JBA headers. I'm thinking that maybe only able to obtain 20-30 more horses. SO is it worth it? Am looking at the Diablo Tune then Dyno next week. Will post the numbers when completed
Thanks for the Help!

I didn't think sct would tune over the top of another, i was under the impression that it just removed the previous program, and installed a new one.
But i do know, that sniper will tune over a previous tune without you having to buy a tuner.

Updated Dyno Numbers

Should I be reasonably happy with these numbers????
Some updates:
JLT True cold air Intake
42 Lb injectors
40 Amp Boost pump
SCT 4 Program/4 chip
Note Before and After -
Final numbers
377.6 HP
393 TQ

The pic of the dyno graph is so small, I can see where you made a considerable difference in hp, or torque. Probably the h.p. #'s, but with nothing more than what you have, I'd say from all other dyno's I've seen for any 99-02 S/C Saleen, you should be tickled pretty good. They normally are as low as 315-325rwhp, and once in a while you'll get a fluke that will dyno 335 or so, but that's pretty good and I see you went with the best tuning software there is out there-SCT. Can't beat it, it adjusts itself according to your IAT #'s and Diablo sucks, matter of fact, I have a brand new one here at the house if there is anyone that would like to buy it and likes Diablo.

Everybody has their choices and opinions.
Good choice and good #'s bro.

peace,
Chrissaleen

Not a problem! The TT would be flat out nasty, that's what i've been contemplating for the last year. I would love to have a TT set-up for the '97 Saleen, but those two cars(saleens) are going to stay about where they are now, well the red one i'm actually doing a few more things, just for the heck of it, and see what it puts down once I can get some good IAT #'s.

I've got the snow performance meth. kit, 3.3, 3.1, and the 2.8 pulley
for her and also adding a paxton intercooler for her. Oh yeah, I also am adding the vortech mondo race/bypass blow off valve:nice: .

For the TT setup, that's what the 90 lx coupe is waiting on, along with alot of cha-ching for full tube chassis, tubbing it out, roll cage, and a nice little 383 or 410x motor in it. We'll see, I might be daydreaming.
Peace,
Chris

the saleen tuned computer has too many issues to run with diablo, you have to have it reflashed to the way it was as a gt or find a donor computer out of a gt with the same tranny and code as yours. I suggest option 2 because you will still have your saleen flashed computer incase you ever want to go back to stock and you can pick up a used ecu for around 150
