Long time since I've been here.....wow have things changed.

Just traded cars again and I had the extended warranty on my last car. When I traded it in the salesman and financial guy were very adament that I go back to the dealer where I bought it, give them an odometer statement and get some of my money back. Anyone ever done this? I mean they stood at the desk like Starsky and Hutch staring me down..... "DO IT......DOOOO IT."

Just wondering if its even worth my time or if I'm going to get something like a check for $6.12.

On my old P-Stroke i hadnt passed my factory warrenty and they gave e back 75% of what the extended warrenty. On my 06 dodge race truck i spend 2K to get a 100K mile warranty but started going nuts a 9K miles, i called to get my money back and found out that company wont give you anything back...All depends.

I went ahead and stopped by the dealer at lunch time. They said they had to call Ford, cancel the contract, and then they would issue me a check for the remainder. Hey, I guess whatever I get is better than nothing.
