I'm swapping the auto trans in my '90 LX for a T5 from T-bird. The guy at the junk yard said it was an '86, but I found out the '86 had cable clutch setups. I guess it's from either an '87 or '88 instead. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for setting up the hydrolic clutch on my mustang.

Yeah... Dont.. I would try to find a cable bell housing and pedal assembly and use that. Hydraulic clutches are a pain.

Sorry, its just not a popular thing to do. The standard cable setup is less hassle and is easy enough to push down. If you have disabilities which prevent you from driving a standard car then i could see it being a acceptable idea.
