Ok, so I am tired of the UD pullies and am putting the OEMs back on. I have found the alternator and put it back but I can't find my water pump or the crank pullies. Does anybody know the part #s so I can order them or know where I could pick some up from? Thanks in advance.

At this point, I just have the water pump and crank pullies. I don't remember what brand. My alternator does not charge like it should at idle. The biggest part of the electrical has been changed with new stuff. I am down to the pullies being back normal.

I have only the ASP underdrive crank pulley and kept all the other pulleys stock. No problems with charging nor overheating even now that it's summer and I'm using the AC constantly. I think the problems arise when people add underdrive alternator and water pump pulleys as well.

Thanks for the help. I will be checking the Corral tonight. Ford has discontinued them unless I can find a parts place that still has them. I have the OEM alternator pulley on but it still does not seem to act right. I can rev my car to 1K rpm and it charges fine. Under that I see about 11.5 volts.

That may be an alternator going bad, or a faulty voltage regulator. if its still dropping with the stock pulley on it. try pullin your negative battery cable off while the car is running. It should stay running. If not, your alternator is bad.

Not to sure with these 94's but with all the vehicles I work with at chrysler you do that bye bye PCM. Best way is to go to an autoparts place and have them load test the battery and alternator.
