Distributor Rotor

Need to know if the distributor rotor just pops in and out. Am probably the most mechanically UN-inclined person in the world. Have already replaced distributor cap and wires. Did it all by myself and didn't have any parts left over. Rotor is only thing left.

No I belive there is a little tiny allen head on it and then I had a hard time getting mine off. I had to use propane torch heat it up a little then pop it off.

really?i have changed my dizzy rotor many times and never ran into anything like that.is your dizzy some kind of aftermarket peice?

the rotor just pops off...you pop the new one on.
