Ok i posted about this before. I am not getting any fuel. Check fuel at rails no. Fuse seems fine, trunk button no activated. The fuel pump is almost brand new besides the 500 miles that i put on it. Turn key on, cant even hear it run. Is there anything else i can check or look for before i Drop my tank and take it all apart. I dont want to have to do that again:nonono: New fuel filter...Focus pump. I hope there is something minor i am just looking past.

I had 3 new fuel pumps and a new relay put on my 5.0 before the shop realized the wiring was grounding itself out on the frame. Point of story, check your power supply to make sure its not grounded and check the ground wire to make sure its actually grounded.

all fuses look good, number 14 is fuel pump, right? (Fuse box underhood)Pump does not turn on at all. we key is turned over, no fuel pump. Is there a relay that i should look for? Powersupply, ground?

Did you figure anything out yet?

My fuel pump stopped working yesterday after I the ground wires for my taillights got cut into by the chassis, causing a meltdown of some wiring of the loom that runs on the drivers side into the back of the car. The taillight ground wires were the only ones melted, but my fuel pump quit working about 2 minutes after I replaced the wires. No blown fuse (yes its #14, the small top corner fuse in the box).

Do you see ----- on your odometer. If you do then check your PCM fuse. Cant remeber number its a big 30a. (26-27 I think)

I kept blowing PCM fuses and when that happens the fuel pump(s) wont prime.

where did you get the fuel pump from and what was the part #? as there are @5 different "Focus" fuel pumps and ONLY one should be used as an upgrade. the other 4 are POS, even in a Focus

the correct part # for an SVT Focus fuel pump is 3S4Z-9H307-BC.

thats the focus pump i got. The ran good for about 500 miles....then puff! also, speedo reads mileage. I am getting it towed to an auto electric shop tom. Hopefully they can figure it out. Any one have any other suggestions?

I checked to see if there was any power at the inertia switch, i hope i did this right, I unplugged it and checked the connectors, no power? I might of did this wrong but i am not sure.
