AOD DIPSTICK LENGTH 87 GT

My auto store says they have 21,22,23 and 27 " dipsticks for aod's they dont know which one I need and I have searched in every manual and forum for this ,
my new problem is my current stick is broken at the end always has been, Im replacing the pan and other stuff tonight and want a accurate reading. Please help out, what is the length I need? Im adding a deeper pan thats about it.

Can someone please that has an AOD, take a tape measure and go outside and measure their AOD dipstick from the bottom of the Handle/Boot to the bottom of the stick. Thanks I have a broken dipstick I have stripped the tranny down and already in the middle of putting it back in the car . I really do not want to overfill my tranny...It smells so bad.
