99-04 OEM black Leather Seat Covers

I have a set of Brand new 99-04 Mustang Black leather backs and bottoms Brand new one is in the OEM supplier to ford box and the other is in a bag to keep safe and clean they might fit 94-98 but i dont know.

Dallas mustangs sells the front pair for 529 the shipping.

What do they have embroided on the back? Are they for a powerseat setup or is there a differance?
These are just replacement factory seat covers? An are they the Dark Charcoal Gray? you have "Black" listed? Just threw me off since you have oem seats listed?
