We finally got our 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 a few weeks ago and got to work. We only had 2 week till Mustang Week and lots to do.
First thing we did was get rid of the prop rod and install Redline Tuning Hood Lifters. We painted them to match our Kona Blue GT.

Next we jumped on the interior and added our Hydro Carbon Radio bezel, center console, window switch plates, inner mirror covers, speaker rings, door handle bezels along with Silver Horse Racings Tru-Billet door handles and lock pocket set.
This added a nice personal touch to the inside of the car.
We also did a couple install videos to show you how easy this can be done:

Next we attacked the outside of the car and replace the lower black plastic rocker and rear valance with custom painted pieces. The side rockers are stock GT and the rear valance is from a 2010 GT500. It has a more aggressive look to it and really sets the car apart.
Oh, and tinted the headlight and fog lights. Tint from HeadlightArmor.com
We also added our Boze Tach wheels for our GT500. We had the lip blacked out and think they look great.
The night before leaving for Mustang Week I pulled the interior and installed Silver Horse Racing side window louvers. I’ve had these on our last 3, 05-up Mustangs and love them.
Stay tuned to the thread, we are adding more everyday.
Not in order, but yet another dress up part that is AWESOME.
