Got the turbo done and have been driving it a bit now,did some hard pulls and it does fine..just seems like i'm getting oil from somewhere? So i bought 2 of this type of breathers Billet Specialties 21120 - Billet Specialties Valve Cover Breathers - Overview - SummitRacing.com one for each V/C.I have the PCV plugged in the back of the lower intake.I also notice the dipstick gets pushed out a little also.So does this sound like it still has to much crank case pressure?Or something else is wrong??I havent had it on the dyno so i have no clue how much power i'm making? But another guy is laying down 600+ and has the same set upwith no problems, his engine is brand new.Mine is a fresh rebuild and i would say at the most 20-30000 miles.I thought maybe the V/C were leaking so i put new factory gaskets.I see some residue by the head studs so dont know if thats a big concern or not?Just getting ideas before i go removing the turbo system so i can see down the side of the passengerside.peace

I had that problem with nitrous in my 357w on hard pulls. Dipstick pushing out, blowing oil. what I did was welded bungs in my headers at an angle and ran a hose to the valve covers/breathers to help evacuate cc pressure. not exactly emissions friendly but it did the trick.... haven't seen that trick for turbos.....maybe more breathers or run a hose to the down pipe...

I had the same problem after installing my turbo kit. I am still using the stock valve covers and utilized a breather in the place of the oil cap. Its basically venting the extra pressure into the atmosphere, but stopped the constant ejecting of the pcv valve (and oil leak) from the back of my intake. I am still working on the method I will use for the next motor, but am thinking either a dual breather setup or a catch can style recirculation.

most likely that small nipple on the breather is not enough to reduce crankcase pressure. You can try using what you have with an open breather where the PVC is OR you need open breathers on the VC's OR a VC breather like you have but a 5/8 - 3/4 outlet nipple going to a catchcan with an open breather on top. (or an evac system like previously mentioned)
