1992 Ford Mustang SSP 5.0 Automatic. I believe I bought this car back in 2001 off of Ebay. I had the car shipped here from Tennessee. That seller claimed that this vehicle was an ex police vehicle or a SSP (Special Service Police) vehicle. There is a badge on the radiator support that has the codes for a Police vehicle. I bought this car back then as I was going to and from school in Weatherford. Several months after I bought it the bolt that holds the harmonic ballancer broke off inside the crank. So I did what any young man would do. I built a 347 stroker. I bought the kit from CHP (Coast High Performance). I believe it was the Street Fighter kit. I took the kit to Marks Auto in Burleson ( who is an avid racer) for all the machine work. The kit and the machine work was expensive so I put the stock heads on the stock upper and lower manifold back on as I had run out of money. My plans were to buy new heads and intake and make it fast. Well, time went on and I didn't do anything else to it. I got married, got a house and pretty much since I built that motor I've put about 3K miles on it.

Since probably 2003 the car has just sat in my garage collecting dust and going to waste. I need to sell it to someone that will enjoy it more than I will. The car is in pretty good shape. You can tell where the police antennas may have been on the deck lid as you can see some bondo uneveness on the paint as well as the roof of the car. It is an automatic and another bad thing is, since I never drive it I guess a seal has deteroiated or something because when it just sits in the garage, it leaks tranny fluid out just a little. I dont know if the tranny pan seal is out or what. The rearend is stock. It has off road H pipe and flowmaster mufflers with chrome tips out the back. It has subframe connectors, new adjstable caster/camber plates. It will come with the stock pony wheels you see in the photo, a set of chrome Cobra R wheels and the 10 hole stock black rims that came with the car when I bought it. The interiror is ok, no rips or tears just needs to be cleaned from sitting so long. Has a CD player with remote. I think I still have the cam sheet on the car as well as the reciept from Marks Auto. Come take a look at this car. It's not perfect as it's almost 20 years old. Odometer shows 204,000 miles on the body. NOT on the motor. There is a hole in the top of the dash for maybe a radar. I have a piece of carpet over it to hide it, dosent look bad. If you put a monster tac there is would hide it too. I would like to get 9K for it.
