After owning my first cobra for a month ( my first mustang ever), I thought I bombed it when it started surging at high rpm. Luckily, I had installed an electric fuel pressure gauge that went absolutley nuts when the car started acting up....maxing out 100psi. Accompanied by a po190 code for frp sensor malfunction and some reading on the forums, I replaced the frp sensor which solved the problem. $100 at my local dealer. Apparently this is a common problem on the terminator when boost levels are modified. Is there an aftermarket cure for this pattern problem?? Any input would be great.
